In this workshop, through movement with attention and intention –and in a gentle and safe way- you will learn to notice your patterns in thinking, acting, moving and feeling. You will learn to differentiate those actions which are parasitic and harmful to you and to change those to intentional actions based on your heightened attention and awareness.
The outcome will be increased mobility in your everyday activities such as breathing, sitting, standing and walking, reduced habitual and unnecessary stress, and enhanced vitality and sense of well-being. And, importantly, you will experience freedom and choices in your life.
