This is a 2-hour mini workshop, 10:30am – 12:30pm Pacific. Grow longer by exploring movements in a variety of directions that a healthy spine moves. Having our full height and lightness can’t be achieved by stretching or maintaining ourselves in a static posture; employing these strategies merely engage us in a battle against our muscular contractions. In this workshop, we will experiment with movements that will reduce the kinks that habitually shorten us.
