With Raz Ori and Carol Kress.
Of all the ways in interact and investigate our own self and the world around, our hands have a privileged place. We begin early as infants, sensing our own physical boundaries, and then moving outward to find agency in our immediate environment. As adults, we use our hands, supported through our arms and entire self, to caress, push, pull, gesture as we express ourselves and interact in our world.
When our hands and arms are not linked functionally to the power of our back and stronger muscles, overtime trouble can ensue. Hairdressers, musicians, and all of us who are now more than ever sitting and at a keyboard, the efficient use of all the relationships from our hands, arms and shoulders is an absolute necessity!
