2-Day Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® Mini-Retreat
Treat yourself to two restorative days of Awareness Through Movement with three dedicated teachers: David Zemach-Bersin, Elizabeth Beringer, and Carol Kress. This deep and sustained dive into the Feldenkrais Method® will support your well-being and can help you access new sources of resilience. The Feldenkrais Method is a profoundly optimistic and rejuvenating approach to self-improvement. Over the course of the two days, you will gain experiential knowledge that can help you manage the challenges and stresses of daily life.
The lessons featured in this workshop will have a gradual, cumulative effect and help you move beyond old habits of posture, pain and tension. They will provide a wealth of sensory information to stimulate new neural pathways leading to healthier habits. This immersive setting can lead to dramatic improvements in your comfort, ease of movement, and overall sense of well-being.
You can participate live on-line to experience the transformative value of doing four different Feldenkrais lessons each day, for two days. Or, go at your own pace and listen to the workshop recordings at your leisure. If you haven’t experienced sustained, immersive Awareness Through Movement before, you’re in for a treat.
We will meet on Zoom from 10am to 3pm Pacific Daylight Time, with a one-hour lunch break each day. The entire workshop will be recorded and available for streaming.
After two days, you’ll feel renewed and refreshed! We look forward to creating an environment in which every participant will enjoy increased resilience and restored vitality.
