In this one-day ATM workshop you will explore and refine how you organize yourself for everyday activities such as walking, standing, sitting, turning, reaching and breathing. Organized actions involve efficient and effective use of your entire self- from head to toes!
By experiencing novel and engaging movement lessons, you will learn to recognize which habits and patterns are limiting your full potential and abilities. It will become possible to change those patterns to intentional actions based on your heightened attention and awareness. By finely tuning your sensory awareness you will discover how to move with intelligence, power, joy and ease. Everyday activities will become pleasurable and effortless as you expand and finely tune your movements, thinking and actions.
The outcome will be evolving freedom and choices in your everyday activities- and- a sense of well-being.
