The focus of this public workshop is exploring and refining your self-use.
Organized actions involve efficient and effective use of your entire self. In this workshop you will explore and refine how you organize yourself for everyday activities such as walking, standing, rolling, turning, reaching and bending.
You will learn to differentiate those actions which are parasitic and harmful to you- and change those to intentional actions based on heightened attention and awareness. By finely tune your sensory awareness you will discover how to move with intelligence, strength and ease. The outcome will be evolving freedom and choices in your everyday activities- and- a sense of well-being.
