ATM Workshop with Mary Spire.
We are living in turbulent, uncertain and challenging times. Many aspects of our lives have been turned upside down. It may seem that we have little control over what’s happening in our lives and environment. What can we do to take care of ourselves-to mitigate stress and anxiety – and- to thrive?
Being active- both physically and mentally- is a great antidote. Our habitual patterns and ways of acting – which served us before- may not be useful or optimal now. Novel stimulus and learning are highly recommended. A good strategy is to do interesting and potent ATM lessons.
In this one-day workshop we will be focusing on finding balance and flexibility in thinking, acting, moving and feeling. The lessons will address efficient and effective use of your entire self. We will be including lessons in standing, sitting, turning, walking and breathing. You will fine-tune how to move with intelligence, strength and ease. The outcome will be evolving freedom and choices in your everyday activities- and a heightened sense of well-being.
